Sterilair Ltd is a company operating in Malta  whose sole aim is to provide to our customers a first class service with free advice concerning health and quality of the conditioned air which comes out of your air conditioning systems.

In addition, we will certify the quality, ensuring a healthy environment. This work has been highlighted by World Health Organization indicating the air conditioning systems as a potential source of spread of dangerous pathogens for all those, adults and children, who live in air-conditioned environments.

All airborne diseases, such as common allergies, seasonal Influenza, Tuberculosis,  pneumonia caused by Legionella Pneumophila are a powerful vehicle for diffusion within air treatment systems if they are not tackled by accredited professionals.

In enclosed spaces, all air-conditioning systems (split, centralized systems and fan coils) not only perform the controlled functions within thermal parameters but also filter all airborne particles (pollen, fungal spores , bacteria, viruses , fine dust particles etc ...). The direct result of this action is the accumulation of chemical and microbiological contaminants , which saturate the system and paradoxically become the source of pollution and contamination .

These conditions cannot be solved with just routine maintenance that deals only with mechanical functionality and cleaning or replacement of the filters.

The technical director, who is also the supervisor of the works, is a chemist qualified as A.S.C.S. (Air Systems Cleaning Specialist) qualification n° 2080806 directly issued  by NADCA 1518 K Street, NW. Suite 503 Washington, DC 20005 (USA), and can issue official certification.
